Cool down with soft-serve ice cream at Oh! Cow at TST

They say opposites attract, but how about sweet ice cream with sea salt? Big in Japan for years, the practice is catching on here. The team at Oh! Cow (not to be confused with Holy Cow) will whip up a creamy and visually pleasing masterpiece in next to no time, using Hokkaido milk which is churned using liquid nitrogen — ideal because it's odourless, colourless and tasteless. For the more adventurous, we suggest the corn-flavoured iteration topped with a wedge of sweet potato. A great way to cool down in the city's unrelenting summer heat.
