… one thing to do this weekend, I'd whip up a home-made pesto pasta, pack it in my backpack along with a fresh crusty baguette, ham, cheese and red wine, call my hiking buddy and head for the hills. Hiking and picnicking is my favourite combination and the best way to spend the weekend, any weekend. My current favourite spot is Tai Mo Shan, Hong Kong's highest peak, because very few people bother going up there.
