Cheese fondue with home-made baguette from the Cafe at the Hyatt Regency.

at the Harbour Plaza in North Point is featuring oysters and other types of seafood on a dinner buffet that runs until December 15. in Central is holding a white truffle appreciation class on December 11. Students will learn about the characteristics of white truffles, and learn how to prepare them in dishes such as Scottish smoked salmon roll with white truffle mayonnaise (top); fresh white truffle risotto with scallop; and New York cheesecake with white truffle honey.
