RECOMMENDED DISHES: ox tongue (HK$118) came in very thin slices (we prefer thick cut) so wasn’t that flavourful, but it was a nice, light way of starting the meal. Korean pork belly (HK$158) was excellent. It was thickly sliced, and the staff patiently helped us grill it, so the skin and fat were nicely charred and rich without tasting greasy. US beef ribs (HK$138) — we ordered ones that were not marinated — were juicy and flavourful. A hearty portion of buckwheat noodles with cold broth (HK$88) cooled our palates after the meaty meal.
