Ambience: K-pop videos are shown in a room that has railway tracks painted on the floor and bucolic scenes on the walls.
Recommended dishes: the beef skirt (HK$250) was tender and needed just a quick sear on the grill. The pork chuck (HK$180) was also very good. The slices, which were fairly thick, were well marbled and moist. The kimchi pancake (HK$100) was flavourful, even though it didn't come with a dipping sauce.

Pros: they offer some less common cuts of beef such as beef skirt, beef ribs, beef belly and "beef meat between the ribs".
They also have 12 types of bibimbap, including seafood and fish roe, all of which are HK$100.
The ssam  (wrapped) platter — leaves and other ingredients to wrap the meat in — has 14-16 organic vegetables from Korea. Our waiter was happy to point out the vegetables that we didn't recognise, which included bellflower leaf, blue wasabi leaf and red wasabi leaf, as well as familiar items such as sesame leaf. Doenjang (fermented bean paste) is served in a hot stone bowl to use as a dipping sauce, along with sliced garlic and chillies to cook on the grill.

Cons: the marinade on the seasoned Korean ribs (HK$280) was too sweet, and while the bibimbap tasted fine, the dolsot (stone bowl) wasn't hot enough so the rice didn't develop a crust.
