Pearl Kong Chen, Cantonese food authority and author of several Chinese cookbooks, has two set menus that will be served at One Harbour Road at the Grand Hyatt in Wan Chai until July 27. The first (HK$688 plus 10 per cent at lunch and HK$838 at dinner) includes supreme scholar's deep-fried custard; stir-fried grouper fillet with night-fragrant buds, pine nuts and bell peppers; and sweet pumpkin soup with purple glutinous rice (above).
