... a wood-fired oven like the one at Zen Organic Farm in Ta Kwu Ling, New Territories. This Italian-style home-built oven is amazing for cooking pizza, bread and vegetables, and burns non-smoky lychee wood that's grown on the farm to give the food an amazing flavour. Until I'm lucky enough to get one I'll have to keep popping up to Zen. But at least I can pick up some awesome organic veggies while I'm there.
