Fico International - for French cheese platters

If you want a great selection of perfectly ripe French cheeses for your holiday (or any time of year) bash, look no further than Fico International. The company is known primarily as a wine supplier, but it also sells 1kg (HK$460), 2kg (HK$920) and 4kg (HK$1,840) cheese platters ripened by affineur (cheese ager) Hervé Mons. Each platter is composed of different types (cow, goat, sheep, hard and soft), but if you'd prefer to choose your own, check with the company for a seasonal list. Delivery (excluding to Discovery Bay or outlying islands) is free with an order of HK$500 or more, or with six bottles of wine.
