If you like to dine with a view, you would certainly like The Sky Boss. Sister restaurant to Michelin-starred The Boss, this new restaurant sits on the 101st floor atop the ICC.

It is the ideal restaurant to bring guests you want to woo as the views and décor make for excellent tableside small talk. The Cantonese fare takes on a similar style - with traditional dishes elevated to new heights thanks to luxurious ingredients and beautiful plating.
For starters, we opted for a braised crab meat with green bean soup (HK$138). The hearty creamy soup was made luxurious by the chef's presence of the crab meat. The hearty dish was a good start and left us eager for more.
Next we tried the signature crispy prawns with salty egg yolk (HK$238), which was delightful - reminding us of ones our grandmother would whip up back in the day.
For mains, we chose the recommended fried rice with spring onion, scallops and conpoy (HK$208). Disappointingly, portions were verging on the petite side - only one small bowl per person - and it was too bland for our taste.
We paired our meal with a glass of wine each, and it is worth noting the restaurant's extensive wine list. Options range from a glass of house wine (HK$98) to rare vintage bottles (up to HK$21,800) which will surely impress.
