Nordic farm-to-fork brand Flodins has launched their unique Omega-3 pork in Hong Kong, and is available for purchase at select TASTE and Fusion supermarkets. It has also partnered with 17 restaurants in Hong Kong, including FINDS, Wooloomooloo, and Maison Eight.

Flodin’s pigs are reared in a free-to-roam farm and are fed a special GMO-free diet made up of domestically grown grain, rapeseed oil seeds, and protein-rich foods like peas and beans. The result is meat that has more than four times the regular level of omega-3 than regular pork.
