Dong Lai Shun is bringing on the beef with its newly launched Gunma Joshu Gyu beef menu. Head chef Kenny Chan takes the best of this premium Japanese beef and transforms it into delectable dishes steeped in the flavours of Chinese cuisine. The spice-packed, poached Joshu Gyu beef with bean sprouts in Sichuan sauce is a perfect case in point, as well as the crisp, minced Joshu Gyu beef-filled sesame pockets and stir-fried beef with Yunnan mushrooms. And for a nice beefy twist on a Dong Lai Shun classic, the restaurant is also offering its signature hotpot with Joshu Gyu sirloin or rib eye. The menu is available only until April 15, so eat up while it lasts.
