Extravagant Easter
For an unforgettable Easter evening, reserve a table at Petrus, Island Shang. The kitchen team at the two Michelin-star restaurant is putting together a gourmet eight-course set dinner, which will be available all through the long Easter weekend. The menu highlights the freshest and bestest seasonal produce in dishes such as oysters with caviar, sake with lime vinaigrette, and roast Aveyron lamb with spring veggies in spices and cilantro. The dinner also features a warm Easter egg à la Petrus. The meal is indulgent enough as is, but for a truly extravagant evening, go for the wine-pairing option, which features several fine wines from Argentina, Belgium and—of course—France.
Price: $1,280 ($1,880 with wine-pairing)
Available: April 2-5, 6:30pm-10:30pm.
