Chef Esther Sham of Ta Pantry private kitchen unveils a new "L'Indochine" menu. Start with the refreshing first course of Hokkaido scallop green mango curry roulé with uni foam, before going onto the amazing crabmeat ravioli, served in chicken jus perfumed with lemongrass. The new menu includes five-courses and chef Sham's signature melting onion duck can be tacked on for a supplementary $150. The Indochine menu is now available, along with Ta Pantry’s four other fantastic menus (Shanghainese, New American, Japanese and the De Luxe menu. For those who can’t pencil in a dinner date at Ta Pantry, the private kitchen is now also officially open for lunch Monday through Friday.
