Celebrated chef, Flora Mikula to visit Lobster Bar and Grill

“The best chefs in the world are men.” Hells NO. And we’ve got Flora Mikula to prove it. Often lauded as one of the best Provençal chefs of today, Chef Mikula’s resume includes stints in numerous Michelin-starred kitchens and, most impressively, opening two restaurants, including Les Saveurs de Flora in the heart of Paree. Chef Mikula will be gracing our city from July 24-31, courtesy of the folks at Island Shang. While she’s here, she’ll be plating up her signature dishes, including tomato mozzarella Melba and chilled pesto soup, as well as basil Madeline and confit tuna niçoise tart. These dishes will be offered in a lunch menu ($320-$350) as well as a four-course degustation dinner ($688) at the hotel’s Lobster Bar and Grill.
