It seems a little strange that THE STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill (a.k.a. one of the best steak joints in town) took this long to introduce home dry-aged beef to their culinary arsenal. Better late than never, I guess. The InterCon’s signature steakhouse now has a special menu featuring a weekly rotating selection of prime cuts, which exec chef Graham Burst and his kitchen team lovingly dry-age in the restaurant’s specialized cabinet.
