Wooloomooloo
The centerpiece of Wooloomooloo Steakhouse’s newest venue in Wan Chai is a gorgeous, spacious rooftop which offers 270-degree views of Victoria Harbour and the Happy Valley Racetrack. The bar itself is pretty standard, with wines from France, Chile, and of course, Australia, as well as your basic range of liquors. But don’t worry about that too much—you’ll be drunk enough on the view.

Spasso
Relieve a bit of the summer humidity with the cool breezes coming off the harbor at Spasso. The Italian restaurant/bar on the rooftop of Ocean Centre is a great spot to stop by for a relaxing drink after a day-long shopping spree in the mall. Get a glass of bubbly, choose from a long list of Italian wines to cool down, or try their special chili chocolate martini if you’d rather warm up. Fingers crossed it isn’t raining in the fickle Hong Kong summer though.

The Pawn
Have a quiet drink and watch the world go by at The Pawn’s newest addition, the spacious Roof Garden (phone ahead though to see if it’s open; the Garden is a fantastic private event venue and is often booked). Of course, it has all the lovely Pawn traits—plenty of yeasty goodness on tap, British gastropub comfort food and the classy surrounds of the renovated pawn shop it calls home.
