New Mall The ONE Opens

Haven’t they got enough malls already over in Tsim Sha Tsui? This is not a property column but we just want to bring your attention to The ONE, the sparkling new shopping mall complex on Nathan Road. New restaurants and bars are popping up there already—Harlan’s has closed their space in IFC mall, crossed the harbor to move onto the 19th floor at The ONE, which is now open, as has a bar called Cocky a floor below (we are already sneering at the name). Also just opened is a new sushi place called Kushi One (pictured) on the fifth floor. Wooloomooloo Steakhouse will also open a new outlet on 21st floor (due to open this month).
