Best Bars in the Sky

Sevva
Tagged as the hottest new place to be, Sevva occupies the spacious penthouse on top of Prince’s building. Impeccably designed by style icon Bonnie Gokson, Sevva is divided into areas designed to cater to all of your culinary and social whims, be it fine dining, cocktail lounges, and of course, a 360-degree view of downtown Central and the harbor. The 25th floor wrap-around terrace is the perfect place to check out the night vista, high above the mean streets of Central.
25/F, Prince’s Building, 10 Chater Rd., Central, 2537-1388

Azure
Perched atop the Hotel LKF, Azure takes over the 29th and 30th floors, with a winding staircase connecting the bar and dining area. There’s a homey library and a pool table, while private VIP areas add an air of exclusivity. You can enjoy modern European cuisine or a fancy cocktail against the breathtaking city backdrop as lofty windows offer a 270-degree slice of skyline. Be sure to check out the view from the alfresco terrace and the lounge chair-studded rooftop (only open for special occasions).
29/F, Hotel LKF, 33 Wyndham St., Central, 3518-9330

Aqua
High up on the 30th floor, 360-degree views of Hong Kong from Kowloon side are laid out beneath you. Admire the scene over an Aquatini, made with Ketel One vodka, lychee liqueur, Chambord and gold leaves, or start downstairs at Aqua Tokyo or Aqua Roma for some modern Japanese or Italian cuisine. The dimly lit interior of this cocktail bar is sleek and contemporary, with splashes of color thrown in. Aqua attracts a mixed crowd, and you’re more than likely to run into a few gawking tourists—though to be fair—the view of Victoria Harbour is quite a sight to behold if you’re new in town.
30/F, 1 Peking Rd., Tsim Sha Tsui, 3427-2288
