In July, the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department found that two factories in Choi Hung had been making blood cubes with ox blood instead of pig. On top of that, had been doing it at a sewage plant for 10 years.
“Silver” Cod
Park ‘N Shop, among other retailers, was found selling oil fish as “silver cod”. Oil fish is a mild laxative to some.
