Chef Vincent Thierry and Pastry Chef Ludovic Douteau team up to create a special whopping eight-course “His and Hers” Valentine’s menu, priced at $1,880 per person. For the mademoiselle, there are delicate culinary delights such as bresse chicken demi-deuil with fondant pasta and regence sauce, and for the monsieur, hardier dishes, like wagyu beef fillet with wild mushroom fritters and rattes mashed potatoes in Sichuan pepper jus.
