Finish with their dark and white chocolate truffle cake with Grand Marnier.

Located on the 42nd floor of the Langham Place Hotel, the Star Room has an unbeatable panoramic view of the Kowloon Peninsula. Love don’t come cheap, Romeo. Extravagant, innovative and utterly over-the-top is the best way to describe Valentine’s Day at Caprice. Chef Vincent Thierry and Pastry Chef Ludovic Douteau team up to create a special whopping eight-course “His and Hers” Valentine’s menu, priced at $1,880 per person. For the mademoiselle, there are delicate culinary delights such as bresse chicken demi-deuil with fondant pasta and regence sauce, and for the monsieur, hardier dishes, like wagyu beef fillet with wild mushroom fritters and rattes mashed potatoes in Sichuan pepper jus.
