Book yourself in for a massage or a facial day treatment and you’ll be entitled to use of the Langham Place hotel pool. It’s a 20-meter outdoor heated swimming pool on the roof, and it features fiberoptic underwater lights and underwater music. The pool deck is lined with cabanas, and features a Jacuzzi to pummel away your aches and pains. A basic massage costs $795 and comes with the use of all of Chuan Spa’s facilities, including gym, sauna, steam and hot tub. The pool will be closed for maintenance from 21-30 January 2008.

Book a toe-curlingly expensive spa treatment and you can take full advantage of the superb facilities the Four Seasons has to offer. The infinity-edge pool and lap pool are both equipped with underwater speakers, and all of the pools (except the icy plunge pool) are heated throughout the winter. Attached to the spa itself is the vitality lounge.
Sha Tin Jockey Club Swimming Pool

Opening hours: Mon-Sun 6.30am-12pm and 1pm-6pm.  Closed Fri from 10am-7pm
Or if you’re not looking to splash some cash, head to one of the public heated pools our city has to offer. The Jockey Club swimming complex features a training pool, main pool, 700-seat spectator stand, plus a diving pool. Bear in mind for next summer that the toddler’s pool is open from June to August free of charge.
Sham Shui Po Park Swimming Pool

Opening hours: Mon-Sun 6.30am-12pm, 1pm-6pm. Closed Fri from 6.30am-10pm 
Take a splash in the Sham Shui Po Park pool. With only the shortest of sprints between the family changing rooms and the pool itself, you can lap in the main pool even in the dead of winter, if you were so inclined.
Tseung Kwan O Swimming Pool
Public pool. Wan Lung Rd., Tseung Kwan O, 2706-7646, 2706-6767
Opening hours: Mon-Sun 6.30am-12pm, 1pm-6pm, closed Monday mornings 
The Tseung Kwan O pool is huge, outdoors, and heated.
Admission for all public pools: Mon-Fri, $17 per adult, $8 per child; Weekends/P/H, $20 per adult, $9 per child.
