The closest HK has come to the concept of self-serving froyo (dispensing your own froyo and scooping your own toppings). Unfortunately, close is as close as we're gonna get to this interactive froyo experience, as we're all a bunch of spoiled bastards who expect to go out and be served. So instead, a shop attendant here helps you mix and match any flavor with as many different toppings as your heart desires. Charged by weight.
