Zenku, a new Japanese restaurant, opens at the Nexxus Building in Central

Just opened is Zenku, a new Japanese restaurant at the Nexxus Building in Central. Opened by the Bang Bang Pan Pan couple, Christian and Judith Yang, Zenku reinvents Japanese cuisine, combining traditional ingredients and tastes in a creative way. Think margarita merguro sushi (tuna with a margarita foam), peach oyster katsu roll, boeuf bourguignon gyoza and miso ice-cream. Zenku is open for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner with set and a la carte menus. Yet another Japanese place in Central, you may ask? Ah well, there’s never enough of them.
