HK Magazine: How did you get started?
Jackson Yuen: Before I turned 18, I didn’t believe in Feng Shui. I rejected it and tried to pursue my own career in business. I experienced ups and downs and realized that there are times in life when a person is subjected to situations beyond their control.
HK: Predictions for the coming year?
JY: Two major figures that were born in the year of the Ox and the year of the Rat will die. Sino-Japanese relationship will improve. The entertainment, health, food, environmental and hygiene sectors will flourish. There will also be an assassination attempt on Chen Shui-bien, but he won't die.
HK: How about something that will directly affect Hong Kong people?
JY: The biggest disaster is the looming financial crisis. The stock market is pretty saturated right now and when you start seeing people without adequate knowledge buying stocks, you know it’s not a good sign. The dates for the stock market drops will be around Feb 18-Mar 17, May 6-Jun 6, Aug 8-Sep 7 and Oct 9-Dec 7. Real estate prices will drop at least 10 percent but the RMB will increase 10 percent.
HK: So it’s not looking good for Hong Kong?
JY: Nope.
HK: What’s up in the Feng Shui world right now?
JY: The “Planting Life Technique” is pretty popular. I use the DNA and the clothes of a client and bury them in an ideal spot to concentrate the good qi. It will bring good luck. But don’t just go throwing in your hair and shorts in a hole. You might plant it in a bad spot.
HK: Is there anything you can’t predict?
JY: It’s difficult to accurately predict death. I cannot tell how many good deeds and bad deeds someone does. What goes around comes around.
