Heng Yue Yen Long Kwon Association
A modern Chinese martial art developed in Hong Kong in 1981 by grand master Au Yuet-sing, heng yue yen long kwon has no flowery, standardized pattern of movements. Instead, it is a solid, simple self-defense system that is modeled on street fighting. Classes for everyone from toddlers to adults, including a ladies-only self-defense class, Olympic boxing and taekwondo classes. Classes in English and Cantonese.

Hong Kong Aikido Association
Aikido is a “non-violent, non-competitive” Japanese martial art that focuses on self-defense and uses minimum force to restrain and control. This non-profit organization, run by volunteer staff and instructors, offers aikido training every evening in government facilities in Yau Ma Tei and North Point.

Hong Kong Aikido Kan
Hong Kong Aikido Kan is a private, non-profit organization offering a full range of Aikido training courses in Hong Kong. Training is conducted in a private full-time training facility in Wan Chai. Both morning and evening Aikido classes are offered for members and also a children’s Aikido class is available on the weekend. Private and group classes are also available by appointment. Aikido is a non-violent and non-competitive art of self-defence and it has great potential for character and spiritual development.
