2. Felix (Felix, Peninsula Hotel, Salisbury Rd., Kowloon, 2315-3188). “This is not only a great tourist hotspot but a billionaire hotspot too. The interior design and the incredible view are unparalleled, and I’ve seen Keanu Reeves there too.”
3. Tsui Wah (G/F, 15-19 Wellington St., Central, 2525-6338). ”When you stumble out of clubs in search of some hole-filling food at 4am, you will be surprised at how many models and celebrities you will find here doing the same thing.”
