Man Of The Year

Donald Tsang Yam-kuen 39%
Runner-up
Longhair Leung Kwok-hung 37%
Also-rans
Stephen Chow Sing-chi 15%
Bishop Zen 6%
Albert Cheng King-hon 3%
Whew! This one was close. Longhair was leading for the longest time but couldn't hold off a late charge by Donald Tsang. Hey, he hasn't actually done anything yet, but it's clear 39 percent of you see him as our Great Hope. Asked for his response, one of his close confidants told us, "He doesn't even have five minutes to spare." That's for sure, because if he does indeed get, ahem, elected, he's certainly got his work cut out for him. One needs to look no further than the results of questions no.3 and no.6 for evidence of that.
Longhair's strong showing indicates his brand of rebel rousing has its share of admirers. And what would it have said about us if local actor/comedian Stephen Chow (15 percent) had won? As it stands, he can console himself by picking up another award (See Best Local Movie). But even an intervention by the new Pope Ratz-whatever wouldn't have helped Bishop Zen. And sorry Albert. Maybe you should stick to radio.
