The Spice Market closes to make way for The Best In Town Buffet Restaurant

Out with the old, in with the new. The Spice Market in Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel has closed down on Oct 17 to make way for The Best In Town Buffet Restaurant. But don’t despair: some of The Spice Market’s signature dishes—in particular, the Hainanese chicken, pan-fried Wagyu beef, Tom Yum Kung soup and sautéed egg white with bird’s nest—will migrate over to the new restaurant.
