Italian Cuisine World Summit

Move over G8. The only summit worth its salt these days is the Italian Cuisine World Summit, which is in town from Nov 2-7. Top of the agenda? How to celebrate excellence in Italian food, wine and cuisine. Sounds like quite a challenge. The city will welcome 35 top Italian chefs, many of them Michelin-starred, from around the world in an exciting showcase of talent, flavors and products. The visiting masters will be working with leading local chefs to create and present special guest chef menus, as well as a series of master cooking classes, tasting events and demonstrations.
