Renowned Indian restaurant Gaylord is serving up a unique menu to commemorate Diwali, the Indian festival of lights. Specializing in North Indian cuisine, Gaylord will be offering dishes that reflect the rich cultural heritage of Rajasthan. Start off with classics like Dal Kachori ($58), round flattened flour balls stuffed with lentils, then move on to mouth-watering delicacies such as Rajasthani Sula ($98), lamb shoulder chunks char-grilled to perfection. The restaurant also offers a variety of delectable vegetarian dishes, including Shahi Gatte ($72), curry flour dumplings cooked in cumin and asafoetida or Rajasthani Bhindi ($62), fresh okra cooked in a spicy and tangy sauce.
