Marco Polo Hong Kong is mixing up the holidays with an array of options for picky palates. Italian chef Antonio Totaro dishes out a six-course Christmas dinner at Cucina (from $588 for five-course menu to $1,088 for six-course menu) with offbeat items such as beef tenderloin served with pumpkin, green bean, goose liver and Italian espresso sauce. For something more traditional, gobble down some roasted turkey and chestnut stuffing with all the trimmings at Café Marco, where Santa will bring bundles of toys for the little ones. Prices start from $188 per child, $268 per adult for lunch; and $248 per child, $408 per adult for dinner.
