We all know how saturated the market for Italian cuisine is here in Hong Kong. Sometimes it seems it’s easier to order a pasta than a fried rice! Enter project Italian Hospitality, which is a partnership between the (Italian) National Institute for Touristic Research and the Italian Chamber of Commerce to identify the most indisputably authentic Italian restaurants in our city (and the world). Italian Hospitality currently lists 400 qualified restaurants around the world—and no less than 15 of our own proudly made it to this prestigious list. Drumrolls please…
