Saigon at Stanley is once again holding "A Taste of Vietnam" cooking class. Executive Chef A-Moh will be showing participants how to turn exotic ingredients into delectable dishes with step by step cooking demonstrations followed by a chance for the students to try their own hand at cooking (and tasting) a multi-course meal. The cooking menu for the day includes dipping sauces, pork and shrimp imperial spring rolls and Hanoi beef noodle soup. After the class each person will be given a set of recipes, a packet of Vietnamese spring roll wrappers and a Vietnamese drip coffee set. Mar 16, 3pm.
