The spotlight is on Korean cuisine at Café Kool at Kowloon Shangri-La, between 18 - 27 March, when guest chefs Han Hye Young, Jina Yoo and Kil Moon Kyung from the Korean Food Institute of the Sook-Myung Women’s University fly into town to show us an impressive range of authentic specialties from their home country, all showcased as part of the regular international lunch and dinner buffets.
