The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong will soon be welcoming to the family the Grand Hyatt Steakhouse. Opening on March 21, this classic American steakhouse will feature prime cuts of beef from the US (USDA Prime Nebraska beef), Canada (Canadian Heritage Angus beef) and Japan (Japanese Kumamoto Wagyu beef), along with a seafood and oyster bar, salad bar, wine room and cigar tasting room.
Though Ruth's Chris is still my undeniable favorite, I'm looking forward to seeing if this place will give RC a run for its money.
