ADAM MENHENNETT
Adam Menhennett runs Physical Harmony Personal Training, a freelance personal training company, and is a master trainer for the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Power Plate International, the Personal Trainers Global Academy and TRX. He has worked in the fitness industry for over two decades and he specializes in biomechanics and strengthening key postural areas through a multi-disciplinary approach to training. This includes Pilates, stability ball, myofascial release and a variety of sports-specific modalities. He operates out of Optimum Performance Studio, among other places, but will travel to most outdoor locations or residential gyms. As he isn’t a triathlete coach, he can’t take budding triathletes all the way but he can get you to a certain fitness point and will then refer you on to an expert.
