There's a new ramen place in town! Originating from Fukuoka, Japan, Hide-Chan is bringing authentic Kyūshū-style ramen to HK foodies. Try the White Hide ($75) with traditional thick tonkotsu (pork bone) broth, the Black Hide ($85) with charred onion taste, or if you prefer something more exciting on the palate, get the Red Hide ($85), made with a special Korean chilli sauce. You can specify your noodle's firmness and decide on your own toppings, like soft-boiled eggs, black fungus, Japanese green onion and dumplings.
With the hype the launch of this new diner is creating, we think Butao King might have met its contender!
