Good news for all you frequent Cathay fliers - they've partnered with the Miramar Group who own restaurants around town like Cuisine Cuisine at The Mira (Michelin two stars), The French Window, WHISK, Yamm, Yunyan Sichuan Restaurant and more, to provide fliers with a brand new inflight menu serving the same dishes found in these restaurants.
The menu will be available for three months (May 1 - July 31), in all classes and will be available on the majority of flights departing from HK.
I've tried calling the PR people to ask if this is also applicable to Dragon Air (curiousity piques me as I'll be flying Dragon Air to Hanoi in June!), but unfortunately there was no answer. Watch this space though, I'll keep you posted!
