Glutinous rice-covered meatballs

Ingredients:
Pork 250g
Potato 1
Glutinous rice Handful
Spring onion 1
Egg 1
Seasoning:
Corn flour, Sugar, Salt, Oil, Pepper, Soy sauce

Method:
1. Soak the glutinous rice for 30 minutes. While the rice is soaking, you can start working on other ingredients.

2. Chop and mince the pork. If you mince it by hand, the pork will have a better mouthfeel than store-bought minced pork.

3. Peel the potato and cut it into cubes.
