Hokkaido Dairy Farm opens new store in Wan Chai

Hokkaido Dairy Farm will be serving their delectable egg sandwiches, French toasts and barbecue pork-and-spaghetti soup at a new shop in Wan Chai after the success of the chain’s first two outposts in Central and Causeway Bay. I love the fact that “Hokkaido” is pronounced loud and proud in the restaurant’s name, especially at a time when some of us are spooked to try anything that’s related to Japan— this cute little restaurant definitely has all my support.
