Saboten - Japanese tonkatsu chain - arrives in HK

Saboten, one of the largest tonkatsu chains in Japan (with over 500 outlets throughout Asia), has set up shop on our sunny shores.

Only pork of selected breeds that are 180 days or older are used and fed with barley (for sweeter and tenderer meat), and the dipping sauce is made out of onions, tomatoes, apples and carrots and over 10 different spices.
