Linguini Fini is Integrated Hospitality Management's (owners of Posto Pubblico and Cantopop) newest establishment, offering value for money Italian food.
With an emphasis on a casual, hip and fun attitude, they've sourced out works of art from local street artists for the interiors, and are deliberately shunning the formalities of Italian fine-dining venues.
Also self proclaimed pioneers of the 'nose-to-tail' cuisine, they use hormone free pigs from Bath that are reared in Hong Kong to create a predominantly pork and pasta menu that uses every bit of the pig without letting any part go to waste.
Here's hoping they come through with their "authentic Italian food" pitch - the last thing HK needs is another psuedo Italian restaurant serving food that tastes like something I could cook better with my eyes shut standing on one foot.
