The Press Room expands menu

Hailing from Portugal, new Head Chef Jorge da Silva brings to The Press Room over 13 years of experience working in some of London's most famous establishments (including PJ's Bar and Grill and The Farm), and 17 new dishes to the menu, like:

• Chargrilled baby chicken with garlic butter, lemon juice and wild rocket
• Rosemary-marinated lamb chops with mixed bean salad and mint pesto
• Steamed mussels provencal with grilled cod, salmon, sea bass, scallops & shrimps
• Roast black cod with cassoulet au white bean, tomatoes and chorizo
