Many Moons
Here’s where to get your fix of tasty mooncakes this year.

Mid-Autumn Festival comes but once a year, so set that diet aside and get ready to stuff yourself with mooncakes galore. From traditional white lotus seed offerings to rather more experimental flavors, we’ve got them covered right here. Just don’t forget to order them quickly, as these coveted little beauties sell out fast—and you don’t want to disappoint grandma, do you?
Kowloon Shangri-La
Owing to popular demand, the team at Michelin-starred Shang Palace will be bringing back their ever-popular mini crispy custard mooncakes with black truffle this year. If the cakes are a little too heavy, then their “Celebration” and “Oneness” festive cookies pack the same flavor, but are a somewhat lighter way to indulge. If truffles aren’t your thing, try the more traditional double egg yolk with white lotus seed paste, or the egg custard with bird’s nest. Prices range from $208-$458 for mooncake boxes, or you can go all out and get the hampers, which range in price from $988 to $2,088.
