So many fab white truffle promotions are going on right now that we didn’t have enough space to write about all of them in our truffles feature last week.

One of them is at Gold (2/F, LKF Tower, 33 Wyndham St., Central, 2869-9986), who’s offering precious white truffles from Piedmont to go with all sorts of eggs—a perfect partner that brings out the scent and flavors of the truffles. Soft scrambled eggs, slow-cooked organic eggs and melting eggs will make up the core of the truffles menu, but classic recipes like tagliolini with parmesan and white truffles will also be available.

The dishes are all around $300 to $500, and you can order extra truffle shavings at $148 per gram.
