Once a distinguished ex-professional ballet dancer, celebrity yoga instructor to the stars, Leo Zen, will be holding classes showcasing his own particular style of yoga, ZenCiel, at the Oriental Spa this Nov 25 & 26.
This being Zen’s first time in Hong Kong, he will be leading four classes over the course of two days. Each class will be $300. The lesson on Friday Nov 25th will start from 10:30am – 11:30am and another lesson will be held 4pm – 5pm and is suitable for multi-level learners.
On Saturday Nov 26th the lesson begins at 1:45pm – 2:45pm for multi level learners. The 6:30pm – 7:45pm class is for advanced level learners.
Leo Zen’s self designed ZenCiel yoga is a combination of the Kripalu, Anada, Ashtanga, and Hatha styles.
Zen’s Hollywood students have included the likes of Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher, Bill Murray and Cameron Diaz.
