Traditional Piemonte Cuisine from Chef Viglietti at H One
Chef Fabrizio Viglietti is gracing our shores at H One in IFC mall until the 10th of December. Expect heavy-handed use of the famous white truffle, cattle, nuts, cheese and pasta – all heavily used in Piemonte cuisine.
Viglietti's cooking has been described as having an authentic Piemonte flavor with a French twist.

Viglietti will be cooking dishes such as Alba style hand-Minced beef with truffle, which will be garnished with a celery, cuneo and lemon dressing. He’ll also be offering a saracen weet homemade tagliatelle in truffle carbonara sauce – think a high-end mac and cheese.

Looking for the meat? He’s offering a nebbiolo braised beef that will be served with crispy saracen polenta. For dessert, there’s traditional tetti cake plus red wine pear and amaretti biscuits.
