Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto will be showcasing his renowned gastronomic mastery at the Landmark Mandarin Oriental, from 16 to18 January 2012.
In these three days, the Tian and Di function rooms will be transformed into a premium dining venue, as it will hopefully bring together some of the most exceptional chefs around to share their cookery knowledge with other genuine food lovers.
For the ultra-special pop-up restaurant (it’s also Mandarin Oriental’s first of many pop-ups to come), be sure to reserve your spot to experience Morimoto’s 10-course dinner, cooked some of the world’s most excellent ingredients, also a live cocktail sushi bar and free-flow of Ruinart Champagne. It will cost $2888 per head, and with an additional $888, you can enjoy a five-glass pairing of wine and sake from some of the most unique boutique sake wineries in Japan.
Iron Chef Morimoto has not only made a name for himself on one of Japan’s most popular cooking shows but has also gained worldwide acclaim. He has been awarded The Best New Restaurant’ title several times over, including “New York’s Top 50 Restaurants” by Travel + Leisure after its opening last year, and in Mumbai, Morimoto’s Wasabi by Morimoto, has been listed among the San Pellegrino Top 100 Restaurants in the World since 2007.
Remember, you’ll be receiving one of the finest Japanese dining experiences, so if you want to taste Caviar Tempura Trio, Toro Tartare, Foie Gras Trio and Saga Wagyu Beef created by the best Iron Chef outside of Nippon, then make your reservations pronto.
