The Best Club Food in Hong Kong
Our city’s nightclubs are offering more than drinks and entertainment—these days, good food is also on the menu.

Clubs and lounges, by definition, are where people go for cocktails, a night of wild drinking, or to pick up a hookup buddy or three. Under normal circumstances, food doesn’t even enter the equation. Unbeknownst to many, there’s actually an army of nighttime venues who beat the stereotype by offering fancy dishes alongside their drinks. Here’s a roundup of the newest and latest:
Dada Bar + Lounge
In order to offer more than just great music at their funky, artsy venue, The Luxe Manor’s Dada Lounge has enlisted the help of group executive chef Gianluigi Bonelli, who is also the man behind the kitchen at g.e (gastronomy extraordinaire), one of our city’s best-kept secrets. Bonelli has drafted up an intriguing menu of snacks to cater to different dietary preferences. The “From the Land” menu is for vegetarians, featuring simple and healthy options such as the T&M (tomato and mozzarella, $140). There’s also a “From the Sea” category, which includes a shrimp and cucumber dish ($120) and smoked salmon ($120). Then there’s the countryside-inspired “From the Farm” menu, headlined by a signature dish of goose liver mousse ($150), which is served with toast, wine jam and a pinch of Maldon salt.

Eivissa
Backed by F&B stronghold Café Deco Group, Eivissa is the newest kid on the Wyndham block. This lounge-slash-bar wants to bring the Ibizan party vibe right to our city, with funky blue-green lighting and eclectic music flowing out onto the streets every night. The food here deserves equal emphasis—it’s Café Deco’s forte, after all. You can’t go wrong with their selection of exotic bar snacks, including the tiger prawn andaluz with green olive tapenade ($68), seared scallops with chorizo and patatas bravas ($75), organic beef cubes with foie gras ($72) or smoked salmon and crabmeat ($62). Another favorite is the spiny lobster on spiced mango ($72).

Entourage
Executive chef Frank Lebiez will set things straight once you’ve tried his dishes. The venue consists of a warm and cosy 70-seat restaurant that serves a variety of French and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, including a crab grapefruit and avocado mousse martini ($135), seven-hour braised lamb shank ($235) and a royal seabream encrusted with salt ($250). End your meal with some delicious desserts from Entourage’s own bakery, such as their apple almond cream tart with caramel sauce ($86) and chocolate mousse cake with crispy feuilletine.
