Mona
Mona is so new to the area that when we dropped in for a quick look-see, not all the boxes had been packed away yet. But that didn’t deter us from perusing the cute assortment of imported Japanese girl-next-door-type fashion and accessories. The tops and dresses are a good mixture of bold colors, stripes and neutrals for under $1,000.

The painfully fashionable Argyle Center is where all budget-conscious fashionistas flock.
Antic Clothing
Head up the elevator to level two, and check out Antic Clothing for locally designed t-shirts and leather handbags suitable for both sexes. Unlike many of the copycat stores around it, this tiny shop front manages to retain a sense of style and order against some funky florescent lighting.

Princess House
Get the perfectly dolled-up, Japanese street-fashion look at the pretty-in-pink boutique store Princess House. Here, you will find romantic summery dresses in all sorts of pastels, pinks, and neutrals. Even the shop assistants remind us of Japanese poster girls, with characteristic orange hair and huge circle lenses.
